The absolute widest wheel I'd go with for a 32x11.50x15 tire is a 15x8 though you can also go with a 15x7 if a 32x11.50 is the biggest size tire you'll ever be running. Get one with a backspacing dimension of between 5" and 3.75". 4.5" would be ideal and prevent the tire from protruding out more than it needs to. Don't confuse the terms offset and backspacing, they are two different non-interchangeable dimensions.

Also, I would not run the factory wheel with 32x11.50 tires as the factory wheel typically has 5.5" of backspacing which can position that size tire close enough to the rear upper spring buckets to rub the sidewalls on them.
