7 inch wheel is really a bit too narrow for a 12.50 IMO. I'd run 8's with 12.50's. I've run them with 10's, but they are a bit wide on a TJ.

Moabs are 8" wide. I have them on my 04 Rubi and I just double checked by measuring by hand.

I run spacers and canyon rims. I only have 10.5 " tires though. They do not rub at all even at full flex.

I know, but he asked that because he thought his Moabs were 7" wide. Your advice is still valid, I wasn't correcting you, I was informing him.

I installed 1.5" spacers in the rear and 1.25" spacers in the front, Im running 31x10.5 reason I did it was because I put cut out fender flares on, and they kinda swallowed the tires.

Before and after

Stock rims except Plexiglas diped with 2" spacers. Works great with 33x12.5x15 tires. I only have 2" bb.

2" spacers on 8" black steelie's .

i used red lock tight when i installed them torqued spacer lugs to
120 ftp's rechecked after two days of some rocky off road use .
Torque dead on rechecked at next tire rotation still dead on.
