The first set if from Die-Tech Off-road LLC and is for a JK. They have them for TJs, but they look different.
Die-Tech Off-road Mirror Brackets

The second set I think is from a fabricator on here that goes by the name of jscherb (at least that photo is hosted on his PB account). You might want to PM him and ask about them.

Just chiming in on the die-techs. I have had them on my TJ for almost 2 years and love them. Well made and do what they say they do.

Just installed a set of relocation brackets today... got em off Ebay for $15 and they work and do what they're supposed to. Don't pay $70!

I bought mine from Quadratech for about $35 for the pair. I put them on today, and they fit and look great. Very tight, so shouldnt wobble and the directions were really precise and easy to follow. The whole job took me maybe 45 mins.

Here is a write up on how to build your own set for much less. I just purchased the mirrors off amazon for under $20.

I just installed the Die-Techs on my TJ about 3 weeks ago and love them. No vibration at all.
