Where to get upgrade soundbar speakers?

I have a soundbar but the music is still pretty weak. I replaced the dash speakers but I was wondering if I could get new soundbar speakers or even a sub. Any input is great. Thanks

Yes you can get new sound bar speakers. I have 5-1/4" in there but I've head a lot of talk about 6.5" but I dont know if those are for the TJs with 2 pods, or the big single pod.

What have we got?
We have one heavily armed Recreational Vehicle

i have put 6 1/5's in tj's with one single sound bar or the two individual pods. u just have to drill new holes and the speaker will not be recessed in the sound bar like the smaller ones.

Even at 5.25 there are some nice options depending on the brand. Of course if you want depth in the sound then you will need a sub. The sub doesnt have to be huge and overly powerful. I would recommend some alpine midrange speakers with either a bazooka tube or a single JL W0 with a 250-500 watt amp. I would lean towards the bazooka tube because its all inclusive and its less expensive. I would spend more on the 5.25s.

I just put these in my sound bar. Polk Audio db651s Shallow-Mount 6-1/2" 2-way Speakers They fit inside my sound bar without drilling any holes. Mounted right up to the existing bolt holes. I also put these in the front Polk Audio db521 - 5-1/4" Speakers - Sonic Electronix
I also added a rear seat sub. 10" built into the back seat. My jeep sounds great now.

I put 6.5" Marine Alpines in the pods on my 05. I just had to make sure I centered the speaker over the hole. It is night and day better than the 5.25" car infinity speakers that the PO put in it.

If you are going to order from the internets, I would go with Car Audio Stereo - Car Subwoofers - Car Amplifiers and Speakers they always seem to have the best deal I can find and Idk about speakers but with head-units they offer free wiring harnesses and free faceplate adapters for your vehicle

I love my country, I love my guns, I love my family, I love the way it is now, and anybody that tries to change it has to come through me, that should be all of our attitudes, cause this is America
