Where's the fuse box on my '98 Wrangler?

My right front turn signal isn't flashing--it's not even "lit", while the right rear signal is rapidly "pulsing", rather than actually flashing. I changed the bulb--part No. 3157--up front...no change!!
Is it likely that I need a new fuse? I took a quick look--it's 102 out, and humid, and I was dressed in black...where's the fuse box?!? Thank you.

theres one under the hood by the battery, there is also one behind the glove box, you are probably looking for the one under the hood.
