Which Besttop?

I have a 2004 hardtop TJ and want to get a soft top. Should I go with the Supertop NX complete soft top solution or the Trektop NX frameless soft top. Which one is easer to put up and down?

First, you can't loose with either. I have the Trektop NX and love it. It's not for everyone though. I am a 90% safari top only person, so not having the frame to work with makes sense for me.
With the Trektop, it's either on or its off, it's not really an issue of 'up or down'.

I personally think the OEM frame design works quite well. The Supertop NX is just an improvement on that. If you like the OEM style better, this is the top for you.

The trek top is really for those who dont want the full off top. Generally you will just take out the rear and side windows and ride safari style with the option to flip open the sunrider. If you want full open the get the supertop NX

Like the above suggests, frameless/frame depends on how you want top off or up/down. Keep in mind with the Bestop Trek top (and framed NX), you do have the sunrider opening. I love the sunrider (modified my stock top). It is very easy to get open air over the driver when you don't feel like or have the time to lower the whole top.

Bobster,

Homebrwd gave you a great answer. The Trektop NX is meant for people who want to run a bikini top with the option to easily convert back to a full top. The Supertop NX is made for people who want to go either fully topless or run with a top on.

Both tops will come with everything you need to install it on your Jeep. the installs are pretty easy and should only take you an hour or two with the help of a buddy.

Let me know if you have any questions. I'll be happy to help you out!
