Which Part Do I Need - (I bet Jerry knows)

I've been working my way through the drive line (front axle u-joints, brakes and diff fully serviced.) Now I'm up to a vibration and some (front-end) drive line noise. So I unhooked the front drive shaft and zip tied it to the frame and............(that) problem gone! So, I need to fully remove the front drive shaft and rebuild the ends. I know I need 3 Spicer U-joints and a centering ball kit. But, when I search Angry Sparrows and such I see 2 different Spicer numbers for the centering part - 211355X and 211544X. I'm not sure, is it one is sealed and the other has grease fittings? Which one do I need? I see no reason for the grease-able version for myself. 97 Sport - 5 speed.

The part # listed for the centering yoke (211544X) is the NON grease-able one, the part number for the grease-able part is 211355X
