Whine from the passenger side while turning......no no don't say it
If it were me I would try and isolate it further. I've had such things as a blower squirel cage with a bad bearing make noise when turning one way but not the other. Another possible issue is a worn brake pad moving out against the rotor while turning and scraping and making a noise. I know not much help but I would not immediately jump to a bad wheel bearing--but that could certainly be the case. Although in my experience a bad wheel bearing usually shows up as a roughness or rumble.

I have an '05 TJ with about 60K on it. When I'm going over 45 mph on a winding road, I get a whining sound from the passenger side front when I'm turning the wheel to the right. I don't get any noise at all when I'm going around a bend to the left. Could this be a wind noise or is it more likely a wheel bearing or something like that ? Below 45mph there is no noise at all.
