Who's the moron that designed my exhaust system?

Specifically that little flange between the cat and the muffler, you all know teh one I'm talking about, right there above the skid plate that the trans bolts onto, the flange has 2 bolts holding it, one faces rearward, easy removal, the other faces forward, who is the flaming idiot that did that? I have spent three hours with a grinder tip on a dremel trying to cut that bolt head off so I can put one in going the right way, that is after I replace the blown donut gasket. Man I swear to God next time I will do my own exhaust work, that way its user friendly for the next poor sob that has to work on it.

Can't wait to get under mine, gut the stock exhaust, and put something with some sound....after I drop a V-8 though of course

I just got done, there was no donut gasket under there, why it didn't start leaking exhaust before now I have no idea, BUT NOW theres a brand new $12 gasket and 2 grade 3/8's grade 8 bolts with washers and lock washers, and no leaks at all And Yes I DID place BOTH bolts so that anybody who can spell their name can remove them without doping the skid plate next time. I did discover one thing though, I have a leak in the muffler LOL. I guess thats next.
