Why???

Why is it that the people driving the newer jeeps do not waive, is it because they di not know Jeep etiquette?

This is my first jeep, I had no idea to waive. It took two times for someone in another jeep waiving at me before I cough on.

I think that you should only be allowed to buy a jeep if you sign a paper saying that you will wave to other wranglers
