Looking at these 1" body lifts and I just can't seem to figure out what makes them so expensive?! I can get the bolts from the hardware store for much cheaper, any alternatives to the pucks? or am I stuck dropping $100 on this
$100 is not expensive compared to other ways of getting 1" of lift on a TJ. Plus they come with grille supports and transfer case drop linkage if you aren't doing a motor mount lift with it. But if you wanna do it on the cheap, try hockey pucks. $1/piece, plus hardware. Or check craigslist/ebay. I bought a new Rough Country 1.25" body lift a while back for $50 on ebay.
Thanks for the input, obviously missed the point. Nobody was complaining about spending anything...
