Question wierd start up in am

In the mornings/pm's when i first start it, it gives a real big big shake, starts off real low(tac). Feels more like bk in the day when we had carbs and had to give it a cpl pumps to get it going and if not enough pumps it wouldnt turn over. When it does get going it warms up fine, I wait til i see the temp gauge move. Now heres where it gets weirder. When I start to go and I stop at a cpl lights/stop signs it sounds/feels like it is gonna (die)stop running, (not enough gas going into the throttle?). I watch the tach guage it bounces crazy between .5 to 1, I can feel it real good through the shifter/seat, everywhere. Earlier this month I had my mechanic put on a new exhaust manifold. Could something be up w/ the injectors? I thought it was bad gas (no not me), so I changed gas station, used dry gas, still the same. We(me/mechanic) cked for vac. leaks, found none. Once I really get going and fully warmed up, no problems at all. I think it only happens when its really cold +/- on temps, damp, been really cold up here in the northeast. Its not every single am/pm. Sorry for the long thread, but I am trying to give as much detail as I can. O yea, I notice that the injectors move. I mean, I can turn them. Are they suppose to be like that or are they suppose to be tight? And, I cked throttle, clean as a whistle. Anyone have any ideas? I really dont wanna get stuck when its snowing or really friggin cold. I have 01 tj 2.5l. after a snow storm we receantly had it didnít start at all. I had to flood this the sh*t out of it (which I hated doing). idiot light came on which gave a reading that the cam shaft PCM senor was bad, probably b/c of what I did. This am after another snow storm I had trouble starting it. Had to give it gas not as bad as previous day. could there be moisture in the lines/rails. was thinking abt getting the injectors cleaned out. This week I did a complete tuneup, injectors cleaned out. Not sure how it is gonna start bc I havenít gone out yet. What abt a internal vac. Leak? Plz help? thanks
