Will an 03-06 soft top fit my 2000 TJ?

I've been wanting a khaki diamond soft top with half upper door skins for my 2000 TJ, but all they seem to have are tops with no doors (made for steel doors) for the 97-06 models. I have found a few tops in khaki diamond with soft upper door skins, but they are for 03-06 models. Does anyone know if this would fit mine? I was wondering this, because the 03-06 is in the same margin as 97-06. Just wondering if there is a difference. I would like to know before I spend the money for one. Thanks!

If you replace the entire top it will work fine.
In 03 through 06 Jeep changed the zippers and the zipper placement, so you can't put 03-06 windows in a 97-02 top, or 97-02 windows in an 03-06 top.
