will full door soft top fit half door soft top

buying a soft top that came with a full door tj.
will it fit my half door jeep?
the door surounds are included with the top.
if i use the full door door surounds will it work with my half doors?
what else could be different????

need this forum's experts for help..........please??????

it's a great deal but i want it to work or it's not.

I think we answered this already in your other thread, but the doors are different. They are shaped different at the top. The tops are different for the different doors. They are NOT the same......

yes it will work... both the full door and the half door are designed to work with the plastic surround section on the TJ.

You did check the actual top frame hardware to make sure it is the same?

Maybe this will help...
My '03 has full doors...my son's '00 has half doors.
We switch them out from time to time with no problem.
Even put my hard top on his with no problem.
If you are getting the surrounds with the soft top it will work!
