will instatrunk work with bedlined interior?

so when spring gets here i plan on taking out all the carpet and bedlining the floor. will the bestop instatrunk still fit? does anyone have this setup? i would like to get the instatrunk but im afraid it may not fit if i bedline it.

The trunk fits with the carpet. Bedliner is no thicker that the carpet.
