will jk suspension work on a tj?

I was wondering if the 2011 Rubicon springs and shock work on a tj. And if it did, how much of a lift will it give me. I just seen some one selling his shocks and springs and some other parts that came off his jk Rubicon. Thanks for all the info and sorry if this is stupid question

why would you consider that a good price for parts that are useless to you?
