Will they fit?

Will 31x10.5/15 fit on a stock 05 tj? i just bought it and the tires are trash, they're cracked and falling apart. I can get these 31's for a good price (used) and don't want to buy new before I put the lift on which will be 4-5 months away. I just want to know if the 31's will fit without tearing anything up?
Thank you

My TJ is stock with 31x10.5/15's...they fit with no rubbing, but I figure if I ever wheel it I probably won't get as much flex as I would if I had a lift. Doesn't matter though...it doesn't leave the road until it's paid off. lol
