Winch sag with BDS

Hey, anyone out there with a 2" BDS lift and a winch? Did you get much sag or drop in the front?

Are they 148 LB springs like the 3" ? If they are it should be pretty easy for you to calculate how much your front end will drop. You can also simply place weight on the front bumper equal to the mounting plate/winch and measure before and after. That way you will know what springs you will need to support the added weight . Keep in mind coil spring spacers are pretty much for looks , springs support weight,

x2 on all this. here's a write-up on spring rate vs winch/bumper weight.

I am asking because my daughters BF has a 2004 with stock suspension and an after market bumper. He wants to add a winch and a lift and I am helping him understand this.

I have heavy aftermarket bumper and a winch upfront. I use 2" BDS XJ coils upfront. The coils caters for the extra weight of an XJ and works perfectly for my setup.

What coils should I use to help fight the sag of my bumper and winch? I have a 4" lift.
