harbor freight usually has some kind of deal goin on...never ordered from them though

go for that Warn m8000 with roller fairlead and 100ft cable. That is an AWESOME deal and with free shipping. I have that same winch and its been great... except I paid over $700 for mine. Also be sure you buy the warn plate and not one of the wimpy universal mounting plates.

winchdepot has good prices, but I got my at offroadoverstock (9.5ti) for about 850.

4wheelparts and 4wd.com occasionally have the 8000 lb winches on sale for ridiculous prices (like fox stated above).
