Windshield Decals

Hey there Ive been looking for some windshield decals for my 2000 jeep tj. I was wondering first of all does anyone know any good decal websites that I can find some cool ones at? And second do they apply to the outside of the windshield or the inside? Cause I'm wondering if the wipers will start to peel them off and ruin them.

First of all is your Jeep modified or stock? Moat people use the windshield to showcase some mods they have installed i'm currently trying to decide between a poison spyder or a Rubicon express decal for my windshield.

they go on the outside....and often the wipers will hit them...depending on the size, and they will get damaged over time.

Become a supporting member here on the forum, and WF will send you a couple "wranglerforum.com" decals...

You can go to a local graphics/sign shop, and they'll make just about anything you want...

Why don't you have someone scan it, and reverse cut it with the sticky side to the inside. Then you can put it on the inside and not worry

Ya a sticker that was sticky on the front would work nice. ide rather have it on the inside anyways. Do u have to get that custom or can u get stickers like that?

I haven't done it myself to see for sure. But not sure how well that would look. For one, I wouldn't think you'd be able to see the decal very well on the interior of the glass. And also doing it reverse and having the adhesive showing, the sun will have direct access to the back of the decal, and this may cause it to look ugly over time..

just my $0.02

I got my decal at All Things Jeep, as long as you get the decal on properly and without any bubbles then you should not have to worry about the wipers destroying it, i have had mine on for around 7 months and it looks new, i even hit it with a pressure washer the other day and it was fine.

Find you a local company that makes door signs for big trucks and they can make anything you want, you can even designs your own and take it to them and they will make it for you.

I own/run a small graphic shop and do custom decals all the time. IF the decal is small, the wipers will clear it. Otherwise just plan on replacing them every couple of years. And DON"T use a window scraper to get ice off them-that's what I use to remove them!
As for 'inside' window decals...yes, I have done them...and you have to make sure the decal has CLEAR adhesive so the 'white' shows through, but it will be 'a little' on the gray side. Nothing you can do about it. You can also use shorter windshield blades to protect it..up to you. I'll cut anything...I have no shame...LOL... if you have the stones to say it on your windshield I'll cut it for you!

You're not kidding if I'm correct. It's a parking garage that's been carved out of a cave. Here's another picture of it.

It is a huge underground mine that has been converted into an area for companies to use for storage and food production. One of the companies is part of our local utilities and has a building for server storage; the company I work at keeps some of our servers down there.
