Windshield frame screws

The body painted torx screws on the sides of the windshield frame: I hate them. Does anyone know what size they are? I want to replace them with stainless steel allen versions.

I should know this I just had to drill out the two on each side in order to mount the mirror adapters to go topless. Yeah drill... they would not come out with the torx - just striped the torx head. I threw the baggie away but going from memory they were 5/16-18 and length was an inch - double check me.

Ya....... 5/16 coarse thread about an inch long, but length isn't real critical as there is a lot of room behind the threads, there usually tight as there lock tited from the factory so some heat would help except in the rust belt areas.

Thanks, guys. I was going to order them online. I can find them cheaper than Lowes.

Socket Cap Screw, Flat, 5/16-18x1 In, Pk 25 - Socket Head Cap Screws - Screws - 5WFD0 : Grainger Industrial Supply

I swear, my local Lowes hardware bins suck. They never restock them and everything is placed in the wrong bins. I'll check the 5/16-18 thread size against what they have.
