whatever works. I had saw a picture somewhere on the web today that showed where someone had ran the wires into their jeep through the torx bolt hole that has the washer on it and I had never really thought about where i would run my wiring so I'm curious how everyone else has done it.

You could run through the torx hole. I'm just impatient and didn't feel like going through all the work. I ran all the wires behind the dash and mounted my toggle where its easy for me to light up them slow drivers that cut me off.

No real pics of it but I did lower my windshield and run the wires that way right under the hinge. If you go that route you can run your wiring very easy, just pull the panel on top of the dash and there is plenty of room to run the wires and easy access to the back of the dash.

It won't hurt to run the wires through the torx hole and leave the bolt out??

I put some heat shrink tube on the wires just to ticken it up an bit, then ran it down into the top along the seam. Was not tight enough to pinch. Ran the wire along inside and into the engine bay at the hood himges where my relays are located.

Does anyone have brackets for both lights AND mirrors all in one? I've seen them advertised, but I'd like to see them on somebody's rig... Anyone?

i personally don't care for them. it's a cool idea, but they are way more bulky than having the two individual brackets.

the cool thing about the individual brackets is that (other than the color) they blend in almost seemlessly and look factory.

OK so to run the wiring in one of the bolt holes you have to leave the bolt out right?? Is it not bad to leave out a bolt?? And how do you fill the area around the wires in the bolt hole to keep it water tight??

X2, but I will be re-doing all my lights here very soon to run a relay and bigger gauge wire.
