Wiper Blades

Apparently up here in the North country its tough to find decent windshield wipers for the Wrangler. Any preferences on wiper blades that everyone has had experiences with?

I don't think you'll find much at local auto stores, aside from Trico or Antec blades. Online or mail order will probably be your best bet.

I just put these on my Jeep after seeing so many people on here recommending them...I can't speak for how long they last because I've only had em on for maybe a month (they're supposed to last quite a few YEARS), but they definitely DO work great.

The auto parts stores will only have cheap blades for your wrangler because of the small size. If you want something better you'll have to go Amazon. Usually I just by the cheap ones at Advance Auto because I'm lazy and end up going until I'm in dire need of new wipers and don't want to wait for shipping.

I've tried them all due to wiper chatter. Even replaced wiper arms when I got desperate. Bought PIAA's off Amazon and problem was solved. They are awesome.

Silblade, best wiper I've ever used in 48+ years of driving. Not sold retail but they're sold all over the internet. IIRC, they come with a ten year guarantee.

You found a 13" Rain-X Latitude? I couldn't find them in a 13" size either and they're not listed on their website as available. I even wrote Rain-X and asked them if the Latitude was coming out in a 13" size but they didn't bother to reply.

According to the Rain-X website at http://www.rainx.com/Products/Wiper_...ector-New.aspx they still don't make a 13" blade to fit the Wrangler.

That's what I was saying, they don't make a Rain-X Latitude in 13" as was being discussed. Yes Rain-X makes other blades in 13".

I just put rain-x 12" on the jeep... Funny, I can actually see now when it rains. And here I thought my windshield was all pitted from rocks. 20 bucks at autozone.
