Wiper Coverage

Is there any way to adjust the wipers so that they cover more of the windshield? I've taken them off and moved them to different positions but the only way I can get them to cover the entire windshield leaves them sitting like a YJ's.

Have an '03 Rubicon.

It's not the vertical coverage I'm worried about, it's the horizontal. The second picture is where they stop, leaving several inches untouched. Not such a big deal in the rain but gets annoying with dirt/mud/dust.

You can take them off and rotate the slightly up so that they sit at more of an angle in the down position.
