Once you get the cowl off & before you remove the motor, unplug the connector & check these terminals with a test light or voltmeter. The pink/black should have power with the key on (comes from fuse 14). Now with the key still on. put the wiper switch in the lo speed position & check for power at the brown/white wire, then on hi speed check the red/yellow wire. That will tell you if the motor is getting power & if the switch is good. If all checks out then the motor is bad. When you disconnect the arm from the motor move it back & forth to make sure everything moves easy. Sometimes the pivots through the cowl start to bind up keeping the motor from turning. That can burn the motor out.
