wobble from shifter and knocking noise

Its a 99 wrangler, 4 cyl. Took it off roading about a month ago, got it stuck in a hole. It died on me the next day, smiple fixes as in a tune up. Replaced both pinion seals because they were leaking. Everything was running great until i was driving on the highway today about 65 and then it sounded like i was driving on the dont fall asleep strips. Pulled over, everything looked alright. Started to drive again and there it was. The manual shifter was shaking and also a knocking sound was there. Havent taken it to a shop yet, just wondering if anyone had any of the same problems or ones like it, and knew what to do.

Check your transmission mount. Support the transmission with a floor jack, remove T-case skid plate, inspect transmission mounts. It mounts between transmission (or T-case, been awhile) and the skid plate. Kinda like Legos, one piece holds another.
99 SE with less than 43K on the clock and a few mods......
