Would JK Springs And Shocks Work On A TJ?

I know there would be difference in spring rate especially if it's a 4 door or 2 dr JK. I was curious if anyone know if it would be possible to run coil springs from the above mentioned since they are taller, and maybe shocks. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot tell you anything about the coils but the shocks do indeed fit. For the front shocks you need either bar pin eliminators or you need to cut the pins from your old shocks. I have a set of JKU Sahara shocks upfront with my 2" lift.

If it gives me approximately 3-4 inches of lift I would probably need a transfer case drop bracket, track bar relocation kit, and possibly control arms?
