So saying you'll get it for free from them *and* get the part you ordered isn't realistic. Likely you'll have to return the item first to prove you got the wrong item and they'll ship the right item.
If you really wanted to keep and use the item they shipped, your best bet is to tell them you'll pay for the item you received, no shipping charges (since you already have it) and say -$10 since they'd have to pay return shipping if you don't buy it. Then just tell them to ship you the right part.
