Really??? In my experience, Quadratec is one of the worst . . . right up there with 4WP (gotta love how they charge shipping even when you pick it up at the store). Seems like they have crack pumped into the ventilation system at the Q-tec warehouse or something . . . I ordered D-rings and received winch hooks, my buddy ordered soft doors and received two passenger sides, other buddy received his top, but it was for the wrong year. Enough with the big guys . . . you'll find much better service, prices, and knowledge elsewhere. I do appreciate them sending me the nice glossy catalogs so I can buy the products elsewhere.

Quadratec has been a primary source for years with no problems. Even returns or warranty have been great.

I was looking for an adj. track bar a while back and I just Googled adj. track bars. 4WD Parts pops on and has the price about $60 cheaper than anybody else. You could even click on the link and go to the 4wd site and order it. Something was not right so I called them up and asked for the price..The guy goes nono, that is not right..Then why its on Google and directs people to your site? I don't know he said. See ya later, I said.

I've had no problems with Quadratec and I've learned that if you use 4 wheel parts that you have to order online and have it shipped to the store to get free shipping. If you order it in the store they charge you shipping. I've also had no problems with 4WD Hardware. I received a light bar for my bumper and it had a scratch on it. I sent it back and received a new one with no problems.

I haven't had any problems with 4WD yet. I live almost close enough to order on line and pick up in store. For what they charge to ship I can run over and pick up my things, even with gas prices still not bad. I deal with the on in Columbiana Ohio all the time. I go to 4Wd and then go down the road to Davey's Jeep. If Quadratec was closer I would probably us them. How about JC Whitney?

4 wheel parts can go kiss a pig, I will never deal with them again. They are quick to take your money but slow to get it back if somethings not in stock after you have paid for it online

I can say in my experience with Q-tec and 4WD has been fine the parts were right and I got them in about two weeks, where as things from 4 wheel parts came in about a month.

I don't order anything from 4wheel parts. I bought a Dana 44 from them a few years back and it took over 2 months to get, and the main warehouse is only a hour drive from my house. I couldn't even get an answer of how long it would take or anything until I sent a letter to the corp office.

After writing the corporate office I got a call from the store manager who told me the axle was being made at the 4WP warehouse in Compton (about an hour from were I live). I asked about an ETA and finally he admitted no one had even started building it yet. They expidited it and I got it in a week. A month later an incorrectly installed axle shaft bearing burned out. I replaced it myself, as I didn't trust them to touch it again. I avoid 4WP like the Swine Flu! I used to love 4 Wheel Drive Hardware, but 4WP bought them.

I order parts from Rusty's and Quadratech usually and they have been fine. When I need a Jeep mechanic I go to 4West in San Bernardino (a Jeep only shop).

Since I've had Jeep (June), I've ordered from JCWhitney (Olympic rack), Quadratec (misc small stuff), and 4wheelparts.com (hi-lift accessories). All came through well. 4wheelparts had best prices on hi-lift base, hi-lift wheel jack kit, jack handle holder, and some cheap door straps) all for $75 plus $12.xx UPS - best I could find. Rusty's was close in price but too much on shipping. (Rusty's is really a different category - more hard parts, fabricated stuff which looks good) Plus 4wheelparts had 20% off order by chance. I'm sure they all come up short from time to time and my day will come.

i ordered only a soft top from 4wd, took 3 days to get it at the store, i pick up some grab handles at the same time and the guy gave me a 50% off on them. my first experience with them was good, but like every where else, it's just a matter of time....

I have ordered parts from 4Wheel Parts on line and at the store..no problems. Shipping "free" is you pick up at store. Never understood paying for shipping to the store. One Vegas store closed so now only one, no complaints. Any recomendations for gear work in Vegas? Tried Ted Wiens Extreme for some work..average at best and price not always as quoted

I had transmission problems with my Tahoe and I brought to Royal Automotive in vegas (small private onwer ) and it was great. the guy didn't try to reap me off, explained everything as he was doing it.
I don't know if he can do the job you're looking for but you can give him a call.

Ive never had a problem with 4wheel parts. They are always quick. I just ordered a Radiator for the Mustang from one place, and it would take a week. Turned out to be two months. Canceled and went to another, same thing. I ended up paying more to get a better one in two weeks. You never know...
