Im hoping its a typo... cause 20" rims would look bad and 20" tires would look bad... Im hoping that 2 is a 3......

At least it's a JK and not a TJ on the ridiculous rims. Maybe they wanted to have the coolest minivan on the block, and the tv screens in the headrests weren't going to help them win

Come on guys be nice. I am still confused with if he means a YJ or TJ. I am assuming TJ though since he only said YJ once and is in the TJ forum. I will say this is probably the wrong forum site for a serious response to this question.

A quick search resulted in these pics.

20in rims on a Jeep that isn't running 40's minimum = Epic Fail

There's no way around that.

17x9's can be somewhat tollerable as long as your running 35's or bigger.. However it's not ideal.. The TJ is best run on 15's or 16's. And most to all here will say the same thing.. Im a little more lienent in that I think 17x9's are fine as long as the tire is big enough.. although you wouldn't catch me ever running 17x9's on a TJ/LJ ever

IMHO 15 are perfect tires are gonna be cheaper and 15's look best. 16 look ok but tires cost more for 16. I dont like big "rims" on a jeep... Its a jeep not a cadi....

you will also find that the tires are ALOT more affordable on 15/16's

Dont forget the most important thing, to each their own....me 15x10 wrapped with 36" swampers is B E A utiful thing. The whole concept of smaller wheels/bigger tires is airing down for tire flex & traction when the tire wraps around the obstacle etc, you cant air down wagon wheels. If ya wanna put dub's on somethin to cruise the beach, get a nitro or SRT Cherokee
