You strip the top and doors off on the fist sunny day and don't care when it rains to put them back on

No sir, I try not to direct statements at anyone. If I got something to say to someone; I rather do it directly and respect them enough to do it in private.

I've been on this forum for several months and I've noticed that poor milage is the hottest topic; and it almost seems like bragging rights to those who get the worse.

I wouldn't try to help you then stab you in the back with that statement. I was speaking in general, with Jeeps in general, on the hottest topic; next to mods.

To keep this on topic: you know you drive a TJ when you have nightmares about mod reversals.

You know you drive a TJ when;

1. You sort out a rattle/bang/rumble to find its been hiding another one
2. After a long drive every conversation is peppered by "pardon?", "what did you say?", "eh?"
3. Others are jealous when you flip the hood right back
4. Sometimes you get a bit bored in the dunes because a TJ makes it just too easy

When someone is talking to you while riding you just "yeah" or "ok" because you can't hear them and will just ask later at a stop light.

When you see pretty ladies on the left side of the street and a nice looking jeep on the right side and you look which way? To the right...

I think whenever you buy a jeep, from a dealership, from a craigslist add, from wherever, there should be some kind of a rule to inform you of jeep wave. When my dad got his first jeep, he wasnt informed but figured it out after 3 or 4 missed waves. Its frustrating haha

I think maybe they're just jealous of our tj/lj's. If I'm in my jeep they never wave, but yesterday I waved at a soccer mom in her jku from my work truck and she actually waved back.

I think they forget they are driving a jeep, but when you are in your TJ, you know you are driving a jeep.
