Haha my neighbor thinks her liberty is better than my wrangler. It apparently had 4 inches of lift and everything...that is until I got my wrangler lifted and it looked like it could eat her liberty.

When you see a jeep for sale and just have to stop and investigate despite the fact that you know you can't/won't buy it.

So true. I think that they think because they have a JK they are in a higher "status" bracket then is TJ/YJ owners. I know I'm not as rich as most but stop being a snob!!!

I agree how hard is it to figure out! Around here we have about 85-90% of the jk drivers wave and about 99% of tj/yj wave. I always wonder what they think when they get waved at lo

JK owners around here usually own Harley's too (or at least advertise for them in form of stickers, license tags, and clothing)...and previously drove Camry's and such to their desk jobs until they started making decent money. Now they buy JK's and stuff to look tough and cool. Their next move is usually a goatee or letting their hair get shaggy, hitting the tanning bed, and a barbed wire tattoo or similar around their personal-trainer-paid-for bicep.

Just my observation... My TJ and YJ buddies have big arms, from hard work, and grease under their nails from DIY jobs while drinking Natty Lite

Hahaaa! A lady that did my hair drives a lifted JK with rock star wheels...THAT HAS NEVER BEEN DIRTY. She said that "mud dulls the undercarriage."

BTW. Chick86, My ex-gf is your age, lived in Farmington growing up, and now her family lives in Bristol. Beautiful up there!

Woah... Hold up now. That's Definately Not true of all 4 door drivers. I know a guy whos got an Awsome 4 door. He's running 35's, a smittybilt front bumper, 8k winch, snorkel. Etc. And he offered to help me when I got stuck somewhere, I didn't even ask him.

With that being said, their is some pencil pushing tool that drives a 4 door with a "only on a Jeep" tire cover who NEVER waves... Looks at me like I'm a retard.
But I have seen some pretty badass 4drs.

Exactly what I was about to say. JKU's are soccer mom jeeps. My case in point is that I have two neighbors, both legit soccer/softball moms that only drive their jeeps in the summer on a nice day. Other than that, it's in the garage. Damn soccer moms.

And agreed with the guy above me. I have seen some badass JKU's around here

Wanna know something funny....stereotyping can be true and fun but also wrong. This discussion is funny!

I tease JKU owners, but truth be told, I am a Notre Dame grad with an MBA from Wisconsin. I push a lot of pencils but also served my country!

When I constantly teased a jku owner on my deliver route about not having a "real" jeep for months. Then came the lift, then came bigger tires, rims, new top, lights, a few other goodies, and they said. "How do you like my fake jeep now?" My easy response was "I still haven't ever seen it dirty" lol.

JK owners think the Rubicon is a puzzle cube with different colours from the 80's.

So thaaats why it's called a Rubik's cube!
@ BeerMan, what a small world! It is nice up here but hoping to move where it's warmer soon. Someplace where i don't need the hardtop on most months of the year, and where fellow Jeepers are more inclined to wave
