I have to admit the first time I had a jeep wave experience, I was confused. Well no not confused. LoL narcissistic may be a better word. I thought aww he thinks I'm cute how sweet. LoL it took me a week or so to figure out that all jeep owners do it..well most.

You know you drive a TJ when you have the parts for the mod, the right tools for the job, a BFH & still need a Sawzall to get the job done!

No kidding. I am new to the Jeep world and a Taekwondo mom o f 2 boys but i still did some research i knew my Jeep was a TJ before getting it i knew about the wave.... i may be completely dumb on some stuff but i am taking the time to learn. Its more than just a vehicle its a tradition that I am proud to be a part of even if I am new. I have 2001 4.0L 5 speed sport that's still pretty much stock. I plan to stage 2 mod it because it is my family car not just an off road toy. Was planning on handing her over to my son but i think i might be too attached to her already. I have met people that love talking about their Jeeps... usually TJ owners and people that have a JK and its just a vehicle that they thought looked pretty on the lot. To each their own mines part of the family and a family project. Love my Jeep

Yes, I love the Jeep tradition, I'm only 19, but my Dad bought a 93 YJ when I was born so I basically grew up with the traditions. Then I went out and bought my own, and I love it. I take so much pride in my Jeep, it just disappoints me to see snobs giving Jeepers a bad name...

No because all Wranglers are great...it's the drivers of an un-named type of Wrangler, which I assume most people can figure out pretty easily

You have to synchronize the engine speed with the road speed by giving a little rev. I drive semi: clutches are only for take off and stops.

When you show up to a party and people are more interested in your jeep than anything else. I ended up giving "jeep rides" What can I say, chicks dig the TJ.

When you pass a vehicle that kind of looks like a jeep, so you look in the rear view mirror and it wasn't. But when you pass a jeep and didn't wave, you feel bad the rest of the day.

When your looking at your jeep out your office window while drinking a cup of coffee and a stranger stops her mini van, gets out and with a big smile takes a pic of it all the while talking with some one on her cell. Actually made me a little nervous at first went out to see if something was wrong with the front end).....Glad I could make them smile today as I do every time I get behind the wheel.

When you're watching Burn Notice one week and they leave behind an awesome modded TJ and you get depressed.

Then when you're watching the next week, you see them blow up a perfectly good YJ..and you frown, but are relieved that it isn't a TJ!
