When you go to Advance Auto Parts and have to make a bet with the guy behind the counter that yes, your Wrangler only uses 12" or 13" wipers. He then tries to point out on his monitor the 18" ones listed in the system. And you have to explain that is the wiper on hard tops. Where it says "rear" next to the description...

Alright I gotta say I'm glad to see this. I've had the thought of how does a jeep hold up to a rear end. I'm glad to see it appears to do very well!

Was there much damage to the jeep?

I had a Grand Prix rear end me at a stop light once.. He lost his entire front clip, bumper, and headlights.. I wiped pontiac off my bumper and wished him luck with the rest of his day.

Poor trail blazer. I'm jealous of their i6 putting out ~280 Hp.

Heard that. And the left side of your face is dirtier too. I also have a much deeper tan on my left arm too. Wife is always asking me why I run the a/c if the driver side window is rolled down.

Body wise no. Just pushed the bumper up. Sadly he some how went under the bumper though and pushed the gas tank into the rear end and that shock pushed the driveshaft into the tranny. And my driver side back wheel is at an angler. Looks like he bent the frame sadly. :'(

Yeah probably. They generally total them whrn the frame is bent. Or if the amount of repairs is near to the value or exceeds the value. BUT sometimes they total them and they aren't THAT bad of condition its just a money game. You can purchase the vehicle back from the insurance company. It will have a salvaged title. But once they pay you for your property damage you can do whatever ya want with the money.

May be something to consider.
