...I like to think to think of myself as the voice of a nation of jeepers, not so much confined by physical borders, but those between a Prius and common sense.

Sorry about quoting myself but meant to quote a post about me being a poet laureate...only slightly funny in context.

When you have driven home countless times with two towels between you and your rain soaked seats...

When you are the only one around that needs a jacket on a 60 degree spring night...

When you take a turn and forget that it rained the night before and the puddle of water on your soft top comes pouring in on your side...

When you watch your friends fall on their face cause their foot gets caught on the passenger side seat belt while exiting the back seat! It's a big drop!

When the back of your jeans are always dirty from not stepping out far enough when getting out from such a height. I don't think i need to explain, but my pants are always muddy from rubbing against the body on my way out of the jeep.

when you hit pot holes and people that are in your car think you don't know how to drive stick because of how rough it is...

when the first conversation with have when you pick up a girl is why your jeep is so high because they have trouble getting in...

when you restrain from flipping off hummers...

when you top out your jeep on the highway to see the reaction when you pass a jk...

when after you park your jeep you keep turning around to see how good those new tires look even if they're a year old...

Or when it smells like ass cause the soft top finds a new place to leak from every day!

It literally rains in my jeep in the morning when the condensation falls from top when I start driving.

So there are 4 guys including myself at work that drive jeeps (2 JKS an 1 YJ and mine TJ) and this is how I know.

I was talking to the guy in the JK and asking him how he liked it and he said do you have a Jeep I said yeah a 99 TJ . His reply was Ohhh you have a REAL JEEP.

When you're a hiker, you hope for a trailhead that's at the end of a Jeep Road.

I thought I was the only one too! That has been bothering me for almost 10 years. I feel so relieved!

So what is the cause of this problem?

When you have a wad of ones to pay for gas while you have a bunch of twenties you are saving for Jeep upgrades
