You are about to literally BANG YOUR HEAD against a brick wall cause you can't figure out what your horn problem is so you can pass inspection in a few days.

Please take a look at thread titled "Horn problrm please help" If you can offer any advice. I posted twice in the thread to show my problem.

Thanks.

Certain things just fit there better. A lot of times I find that crap that won't fit in the cupholder that I don't want flying out wedges in there.

It's got to be the connections. If a horn could go bad, I'd know... Lol.

I found your posts, and if I were you I'd put them in the TJ section. It seems like something that I could figure out a lot easier in person than on the net. If it is not a bad horn, connection, battery, relay or switch... There isn't anything else, and it ain't magic. Lol.

Thanks for the help! That's exactly what I'm thinking as well....
Your comment about it not being magic mad me laugh hard. I needed that!!

For those who have put in liners, I have two concerns that maybe you can address: noise and heat. The driver's side floor already gets really hot. If I could get a light-colored liner, I could see that being a bit better, as it will spend a good deal of time in the FL sun, but it still seems like it would conduct the heat from below too well. And does your TJ get even louder w/out carpet?

short answers from a fellow Floridian, yes it gets hotter, and yes its a bit louder. The noise isnt the problem tho cause if your doors and top are off then who really cares about the noise. The issue is the radiant heat from under the Jeep, its hot enough without the extra heat coming up from the floorboard. Im currently working on some different methods to keep that heat out tho. Seems like some radiant heat barrier or insulation would do the trick.

And this happened to me today while cruising the beach this morning.

When you are stopped at a traffic light and the guy next to you in a $200k plus Lamborghini looks at your Jeep and gives you the thumbs up.
