Did that the other day, 25 mile trip and not even a twitch, I started thinking a gauge had gone and needed to be replaced, then after another 45 miles 1/4 tank was gone and realized it wasn't broke.

When for her birthday, your wife does not ask for a ring or perfume; instead she asks for a winch and fog lights. Happened to me this month. I got her a bumper and winch.

We refer to it as one of the family, not my jeep, not the jeep, just jeep.

haha, guilty.

I also refer to people on the forums as their screen names while talking to the girlfriend, like she knows who they are.

I have had similar notes on my Jeep also, but mostly with phone numbers on them. I trash them before the wife sees them.

Also, when you can spend countless hours researching a purchase, only to end up buying the first one you looked at. This happened to me recently I found a tonneau cover that unzips to let the rear seat up. Searched and searched for similar items, cause Rampage makes this one and I wanted to see if there was anything better. Couldnt find one then searched many different places for better prices, couldnt find one better than on ebay, which is where I first saw it anyways...

Only had one note left on my jeep. And it was from my ex gf. She and I got into a fight at the beach, left the note on my windshield. The chick I picked up right after the fight (yeah shallow, ik lol) and a bunch of bikers were laughing pretty good. Still have the note too.

It was his business card. Would be silly not to leave a number.

We seriously have a lack of jeepers in my area. So I thought it was kinda cool.

When you realize that you have the perfect vehicle to teach your 15 y. o. daughter how to parallel park.

(Either that, or it's because I find it so easy, considering I learned that manoeuvre on a 71 International Travelall and a 74 Newport. My old man liked land yachts...)
