zippers

The zippers on my soft top half door have dethreaded and after trying countless times, they will not re-thread. I went to an upholstery shop to see if a new zipper could be installed but the guy said it was impossible because the machine wouldn't fit. Can anyone tell me if this is true, or can anyone point me in the right direction to buy a relatively cheap replacement door altogether. Thanks

I had the zipper on mine replaced at an upholstery shop. It can be done.

Do you know how much you were charged for the replacement?
