1993 Top Part Name

Hello! I very large chunk of ice hit my 1993 Wrangler this winter and broke the plastic mount on the windshield (with the 5 screws) that the rail with the snaps on it fastens to with that little slider. Does anyone know what that is called? I can't seem to find one anywhere and I think it would help if I had an actual name for the part. Calling it "that mount thingy" isn't getting me anywhere.
