2.5" Old Man Emu Lift... Transfer case drop, no drive shafts or brake line changes. Eventually i will replace the rear DS and get rid of the transfer case drop.

You'll probably want an SYE or transfer case drop. I don't believe you'll need anything else(brake lines, driveshafts, etc.) with a 2.5". The 4" is a pretty extensive I believe.

At that low a lift, I'd just to the lift, nothing else (which is what I did way back). If you need more after that, do the more the right way. I'm not a fan of lowering the skid (anti-lift for the center?). SYE is more expensive, but the right fix. If you go SYE, re-weld the perches, no shims.

Avoid taking the easy way rather than the best way with mods as you progress.

In addition to that already mentioned you'll need a drop pitman arm and sway bar disconnects/extensions (unless you ditch the sway bar)

Depending on where you live you might be required to keep the track bars on for safety inspections. If so you'll need relocation brackets.

With a 4" lift you are probably going up several tire sizes so you'll want to consider regearing as well.
