2.5 liter

I went to replace my exhuast manifold and ended up pulling the valve cover. I've only had this 95 wrangler since May. The rocker arms and pushrods are covered in burnt oil and some type of gritty stuff (sand?). I'm thinking rebuild but I want to make sure I get the good stuff. Any suggestions?
