I am running stock axles right now with 4.10 gears. I plan on doing an 8.8 in the rear with 4.88 gears and ected locker up front.
As far as covering the gap up front I jammed the plastic jeep cover between my bumper and the grill. With the winch on front its hard to see. Ill try to get some pics for you when I get home.

Also I didn't worry too much about the back due the the fact that I will be running a spare tire carrier. My buddy covered his with tread plate though.
