35s is the farthest I'd go with the superior axle upgrade.

I Have 30 spline superior axles and 4.56 motive gears also would be doing a rear disc conversion

^This^

4.56 gears also arent really enough for 37s, and disc brakes wont gain you anything other than easier maintenance.

The disc brakes wont do anything for stopping ability. Most of your braking is done with the front brakes. I did an 8.8 swap and that axle has disc brakes...it does nothing for braking having discs.
