How do I engage the 4h setting on my wrangler? I pull it to it and have it in neutral with the clutch in and everything but it just doesn't seem to engage when I move forward or backwards. I've had it since August and haven't really gotten to use the 4wd but it worked then because my uncle engaged it not too sure what's going on.

Usually two things.. either the linkage needs adj.. OR the more common issue is the vacum disconnect unit or the lines running to it. Its located top side of the front passenger axle. .check all those connections... worse case you open it up and you will see a shift fork inside.. looks like a Y, anyway you can use some washer to pin it in 4wd to when you shift the t-case your good to go.. note that you might get some drive shaft vibs in front as the drive shaft in most YJ's was not balanced.
