Alrighty more easy questions....

well im on my for my jeep to becoming my daily driver. i just have a couple of questions....here is my goal for now.

4" lift
1.5" shackles
1" or 2" BL

now ive always just wanted to buy a jeep, lift it with 33"s, but i think i would be able to fit 35s. what would i need to run them safely. just daily driving really and a trail or 2 a year and thats it? or what should i do with the 33"s to run them safely? someone said i will need an SYE, but will my stock axles be fine? and wheres a good place to get one, or whats a good brand? and i read i will need a different driveshaft?

comments?

I am running 33's on my stock axles with no problems. I can fit 36's with good clearance but I have a 4inch supsension lift and a 3inch body.

if your gonna run over 33"s I can assume you have a 4/10 gear or there abouts...you will need a 3/88 gear to spin those 35's or 36's correctly.33's are as tall as 4/10 can handle (correctly).I have 4"-1.5shack-2"bl and what I have encountered in doing these mods is...Shifter rubbed on body tub...had to cut a small bit off the tub floor for clearence...althogh i believe a short throw shifter would eliminate prob.-you will have to get a trans lower kit (two bars mounted between skid plate and frame...(or some hardend steel washers to equal about an inch and 1/8---longer bolts) dont need a SYE...pitman arm needs to be longer drop-not included w/ most kits, check 2 be sure. Ohh, brake line extensions. thats about it. what you want to do cost me,$3,700 that got me 4"lift/2"BL/1.5"shack/33"MT/15"AM wheels/pitman arm/brake lines/trans low kit/new body mount bushings(yours are probably fried as well)/and some other odds and end type crap.and did the work in about 13 hrs total. well...more like 16hrs cuz i had to cut/torch my old spring eye bolts cuz they were siezed onto the bushings so they wouldnt come out (wow i got pissed) anyway hope this helps all was purchased @ quadratec.
