Anybody have Bushwacker Flat Fender Flares?

I have been thinking about changing my stock fender flares to these Bushwacker 10924-07 - Bushwacker Flat Style Fender Flares for 87-95 Jeep® Wrangler YJ - Quadratec , does anyone have them? My jeep has the fender flares with the built in step, not sure what to do with the holes left in the side when I take the step off.

When I removed my glares I just cut the wells to get all the holes out. Then I made my own flat top fenders out of 1 inch conduate[sp?] and some flat steel sheeting.
