Can anyone help me put a price on a '91?

I've posted looking for opinions on this Jeep a few days ago, but I'm having a hard time coming up with a realistic price for it. I'd like to know if both parties are getting a fair deal. I've attached the only pict I have of it.

New 16x10 wheels
Newer 305-70-16 tires
New paint
Custom front and rear bumpers
trans rebuild
rough country 4" lift
This is the best starting and running jeep I've ever owned

Replaced the following:
clutch
flywheel
pressure plate
slave cylinder
all u-joints
front rotors
front seals and bearings
front hubs
front calipers
front brakes
radiator
water pump
all hoses
engine heater
idler pulleys
belt
thermostat
tie rods

It needs:
new door seals
driver's seat
a/c condenser, the a/c blows ice cold but the freon (new style 134a) leaks out of a hole in the condensor

Hell I'd say 6k esay prob more. Jeeps dont need a/c, bedline the inside and wont need new door seals, and find a seat on craigslist or a junk yard. I would think you could ask more but I'm no expert.
