Canada jeep?

I am looking at a '92 I4/5spd.
I decoded the VIN, and it says it's canadian...
Anybody know what's up?
First digit on the VIN is 2

It was built in Canada and shipped to the states. There are a couple of strange things about them, but I don't remember exactly what it was.

They also have a reversed flow blinker fluid reservoir and the flux capacitor is mounted differently on the Canadian and export models.

Thats weird, I thought the flux capacitor was only an option in the US? I knew about the Blinker Reservoir.
