car wash

i took my jeep thru a sheel car wash for the first time tryin to get mud off it soo itd quit throwing shit at ppl big mistake so much water came in even with a hard top it fill the drivers and passengers floor up with a pool and the back seat got soaked is there a seal between the body and top i can replace and the jeep was getting throwin around by the brushes as in moving from side to side crazy expierence

well i know about these from q-tec... dunno if they help with the kind of water pressure that come from those car washes...

You can get the same exact shit at the hardware store for about $5 in the weatherstripping section. That's what I used and it works fine even in the carwash.

I drive mine through all the time, mine has the far better "soft top" though.

yea, i got the $5 roll from Rural King and it keeps it out. I pressure wash it myself alot + i keeps out the car wash water.

I agree....Weather stripping from the hardware store works just fine and is cheep!

Mine won't fit throught the car wash anymore!!!! Besides, I'd rather do it myself, gives me some alone time with my JEEP!
