Cargo Restraint System

Is there anything special needed to attach the Smitty Built cargo restraint system? It says that it is designed to connect to the factory OE belt rail channels. Are the belt rail channels part of the soft top hardware or just the channel around the rear end where the hardtop connects?

they are not a part of the tub if you have a hard top on. they may be purchased seperately from a soft top set up.
